Late Season Beginner Play Wave

Got a friend who's roll has just come in and I want to get him a few combat rolls in a forgiving play wave. Does anyone know of some good beginner play waves this late in the season. Sounds like the Ark show might be gettin turned off early this year (maybe just rumor) so I'm wondering how long BV and Salida are going to be good. And it looks like Golden is getting a little low too.
I could use some beta on some late season easy waves.
When does BV, Salida, Golden and GlennW last too or worth the drive.
