Lake Creek Race...Canceled

Well I am sorry to say that I, Marko, am canceling the Lake Creek race that I have been working on for some time. The US Forest Service was not able to process my permit. It has to do with funding on their part for the 2005 year. Once the permit falls through the insurance quickly follows. No insurance means, I sure as hell don't want to take on the responsibility.

I am sorry that I couldn't come through. I know that there was some people getting stoked to run this race. As time progressed I realized that the Head to Head format was a bit much, but a new race format was taking shape that, I think, will really make for an amazing race.

So, look for next year, I am going to re-submit my permit for 2006.
