kayaking in Chile

Question for anyone who has been to Chile to Kayak. Im here treking with some friends and we want to do some kayaking. We´re heading for the Futaleufu tomorrow for 3days then to Pucon. We dont have any of our gear. Has anyone been there?, or know if we can rent gear for a few days? Anything to help

Get in touch with Nathan of Kayak Chile in Pucon. nathan@kayakchile.net
He can set you up with rentals, guide and shuttles if needed. He is a great source of beta down there.

I would contact him asap in case he is out of town with a group. He might even be at the Futa

On the Futa, talk with the rafting companies when you get there and you should be able to find some help.

If you're heading to the Fu first...go talk to the liquidskills/wavesport guys.

They have a barn full of boats there and I rented from them when I was at the fu.

Once you get to Pucon, talk to Nathan like the other guy said.
