July road trip

I plan to make a road trip from Boise to Fargo the second week of July and want to do some boating along the way. I am a class III to IV boater and was thinking maybe the snake river by Jackson, the Gallatin, and maybe the yellowstone near gardiner.

Any suggestions on rivers with water in them in July? Are these busy enough that I could find someone to boat with mid week?
