Instructor Position and ACA Instructor Cert Course Open
Yo Guys-
We still have one part-time position open for whitewater kayak instructor for the 2006 season. This position will begin in late May/early June and will range from 2-5 days per week. Additional time may be available on the retail floor. PRKC has been teaching kayaking on the Cache la Poudre River in Fort Collins, Colorado for more than 20 years and offers a full program lineup, from group novice courses to private clinics to our youth paddling club.
PRKC employs ACA certified Whitewater Kayak Instructors.
For those interested in pursuing ACA certification, we will offer a certification course May 22-25. Chris Shelly, former RMOC program director and certified Instructor Trainer Educator will lead this course. Chris' courses are highly informative and offer the chance to greatly improve your paddling and teaching techniques. Potential instructors employed by PRKC will receive a significant discount on the course cost.
