Ice in the Ark?

Coming down to Canon City this weekend and was wondering if there is ice in anywhere from pinnacle down. Royal gorge? What's the flow like? I've seen almost 600 in salida, but the parkdale gauge must be frozen. Are they taking any off anywhere or is it 6 hundo all the way down? just want to get wet....
Thanks

Check the Wellsville Gage - the one that counts for the flow augmentation program. Between Salida and Parkdale.

I've had my eye on it jonesing for hitting Parkdale if the weather's not too bad...

Hey, a group from CU paddled down there on Sat and it was all good to go. (From Spike Buck through the Gorge)
The water was a lot higher than mid April last year when we did it.

The only ice I saw was at Sunshine and there was only a tiny bit on the bank.

Go get your paddle on!

I did the royal gorge with a group on Saturday and it was completely ice free.

Parkdale gauge is somehow paid for and doesnt come on I think till April. The gauge is not frozen and the flows arent bad for March.
