This reminds of a bit on Conan O'brian where an ''audience member'' gets fed up and yells, ''Screw this. I'm going kayaking!'' Then they cut to footage of what I assume to be a dummy in a Toronado ''creeking'' down a rocky double black slope. Or was it a dummy? Or maybe the question should be whether he was human. Certainly, he was a dummy.

In powder, you actually do not need metal edges to turn, though play boat is a must. It gets pretty out of control on the hard pack, props to the Monarch pass thing. I personally like the idea of the lifejacket for rib protection. I think I remember hearing about the enviroaction guys getting hurt hitting a tree off the back side of Aspen shooting for warren miller.
