How's Golden now?

Just wondering how Golden is at this flow? Haven't boated all season and am jumping in tonight (horribly out of shape ofcourse). What's the best hole? Any point in floating below softball hole?

Were any improvements made this winter?

Rodeo Hole is sticky. Library Hole is where it's at. Everything else is mediocre.

are any of the holes deep enough to cartwheel/loop?

Pretty much all of 'em are cartwheelable and Library will throw you for auto-splits right now (pretty sick). Library and Rodeo might be loopable, depending on weight to boat ratio, hourly flow, and skill. I haven't gotten one around yet but I can get the plug without hitting bottom in both. Larger friends seem to be hitting bottom about half the time.

top hole will give up loops at this level, but you'll be tapping rock and jumping hard for it. Plug in just to the right (river left) of the pit.
