I ordered a new boat on the 12th of June. I was told when I ordered it. "It will be here in two weeks" Two weeks was yesterday the 26th. I called yesterday and was assured I would have it in my hands before this weekend.
I called again today and was told, no it will not be here until the week of the 7th of July. Another two weeks "maybe"
Reason given: None. It's apparently unexplainable.
I really wish people would say what they mean and mean what they say. If there is going to be a delay I feel I shouldn't be calling them to find that out but rather they should be calling me.
Should I cancel my order and start over with somebody who doesn't misrepresent?
