Homemade Breakdown????

Anyone have any info on how to make a homemade breakdown paddle? Are there kits one can buy to make the process easier? Any info would be much appreciated.......Thanks!

Yeah for sure, wildwasser makes a diy kit for breakdowns. You chop your paddle in half and glue in a ferrule. They make em in a 26mm and 28mm inside diameter so check with your paddle company to find out what size they reccommend
