Find someone that makes homebrew. My Dad has a 50 gal (50 X 8.43lbs=421.5lbs @ 210 degrees) pot he uses to make beer with. My boat ghosted Lower Narrows on the left line, took a big hit, but with all the water at the right temperature it worked great.

And there was no carrying since he has a hole drilled with a valve and a hose that run out the side at the bottom of the pot. Set your boat again the wall, turn the valve on, and whala!
