Hey Craw....

When you come down to demo boats for Pikes Peak Whitewater Club, can you bring, if you have one, the smallest kids boat you have and hopefully a skirt? Thanks!

I guess I should mention, my daughter wants to get in a boat. She is 7 and about 42 pounds, wet. Oh, and bring some creekers if you have them, I want to get rid of my Riot Sniper.

When I was 7 (or was it 8?) my dad just put me in a Pirhouette S and said follow me . We spent hours calling manufacturers asking about boats that were good sizes for kids and they all just told me to give rafting or duckying a try . It's so awesome that we have all these sick new tiny playboats and the tiny Jacksons for kids these days. Hopefully we've got new river rat on our hands here . Go get 'er.

HEY HEY!!!

Tim, Great to hear from you. CKS (Earl) and I are scheduled to do a demo at the PPWWC on the 25th of March.

I hope someone from CKS pipes in here, but at this time I don't have any kids boats, smallest I have is a 2fun, but I know that CKS is supposed to have 1's and 1.5s pretty soon. Hmmm

If someone from CKS doesn't pipe in here, call earl and ask him to confirm.

Good to hear from you Tim...

Looks like the front range is gonna go off!

Thanks Marty. I called CKS and they said if Jackson gets their 1 and 1.5 to them then they will bring it. See you then and hopefully this snow will keep up and things will go off.

Hah. That's funny. When I was 7 (or was it 8?) kayaks were made with animal skin stretched over a wooden frame.

Seriously, all I knew about kayaks at the time was from the Folbot ads in the back of Popular Science magazine. Now, we's gots a fantastic array of choices - almost too many.

EJ & Co have a great line-up. Someday soon we'll get the Tulsa Wave whipped back into shape and do a demo day on the Ark, downstream here in Tulsa.
