Hey Ron, do you have room on your permit? We would really like to go and won't get in your way. We would just like to launch with you on Saturday. Please give me call if you don't mind.

Thank you,
Taylor

OOps. Should have hit a different key

That, "You could try a sneak" entry was supposed to be under here. Hope the BLM doesn't have internet.

That's what I meant by try a sneak. It's usually

so confusing at the put in they don't count. So ok with me, just don't tell them I said that if they do catch you. I have never figured how they keep track of everyone there anyway. We've never all come out together either. I like to play a little longer than the rafts. If you are coming to the take out Fri. night, I'll be in a tent trailer (need something for the rafter to warm up in at the end) . At the put in we'll have a raft, powder blue cataraft and 3 or so kayaks. Mine's a red Air 55. I do have a BLM employee from Kanab going with us so it'll have to be a little hushed. See you. Ron.

Looks like its still above 3K cfs to me. I did it last weekend at 3500 and is was a kick. If our kayakers had stayed on the Bowling Alley wave any longer, they'd have gotten parking tickets! I doubt Westy will drop much below 3K by the weekend - it may even come up some due to recent precip in the high country.

Thanks alot Ron, we will have some brew and "snackies" for you. I have a huge 18' 1976 raft that is tight as a drum and with two girls rowing it and we have three kayakers. A total of 5. We will see you Friday night at the put in and don't worry about your BLM buddy we'll be real smooth. Thanks again and I look forword to meeting you.
