Down River Equipment is a small company that has been in business for 19 years specializing in manufacturing, distributing and retailing quality river equipment. We are a seasonal business with the bulk of our business from April through August. Quality Control Manager & In House Sales:
Oversees quality control by improving & implementing current procedures to ensure customers receive product above their expectations, coordinating with staff to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and personally overseeing all quality control issues. Manages returns and warranties by improving & implementing current procedures. Responsible for all returns and warranties; works directly with each customer that has a warranty or return, tracks each issue until resolved, coordinates with any vendors that are involved and takes appropriate quality control action to ensure the same issue never happens again.
Works directly with retail customers face to face, on the phone and via email. Other in house responsibilities include; store upkeep, product expertise, package design, river expertise and providing the best customer service in the industry.
This position assists the general manager and store manager with several projects throughout the year. Including our spring, summer & fall sales, the retail catalog and the yearly workbook. Reports to the store manager.
In House Sales & Customer Service Rep:
Works directly with retail customers face to face, on the phone and via email. Other in house responsibilities include; store upkeep, product expertise, package design, river expertise and providing the best customer service in the industry.
