Hey all,
I am looking for a few folks with Whitewater Park experience to send emails of support to city officials in a city in northeast Iowa. They are considering building a whitewater park on the local river. There is already a group paddling in the wave created by a broken beautification dam. The flows are constant and access is incredible for people who like to park and play. If you helped start a park, were involved at all, or just have experience paddling many different parks I would love to hear from you.
