Help me! Left behind Bike tire at Escalante Takeout

Hello everyone,

I left a bike tire at the takeout for Escalante Creek On Sunday May 8 th. It is at the take out that the CRC 2 book discribes. 1/2 mile past the Captain Smith Cabin on the left as you are driving up the road. There is a camp spot and turn around there and that is the resting spot of the tire. This is the takeout for the lower gorge, downstream of the parking area used for the takeout of the upper gorge. It was taken off the bike to put in the truck and was left behind.

If anyone sees this and are able to find the tire I would most grateful and rewarding. I live in Salida and plan on coming out next Friday to run the creek again. Hey buddy, didn't find your bike tire, but i can email you some sweet pics in a couple of days. We are probably going back on friday and camping that night if you are interested.
