I can't tell if you're being sarcastic about me being sarcastic! LOL, I'm as serious as a drought!

There aren't ANY other respectable parks in the state. the rest of the parks were built for entertaining 3 weeks a year. Colorado just doesn't get enough water to support whitewater parks.

The Gunnison's the state's largest river aside from the Colorado and no one has put a park on the CO so we're the only ones with water at this point in the year.

no I'm not Greg, no idea who "Julio headed to the taylor" is.

its just usually when someone says "good playpark" what they mean is "its easy for me to loop there" .. we dont have that playpark, unless you like to throw flatwater loops in boils. we do have a couple waves that can be hard to spin on, and the second one frequently spits and either drops you off it or up and over it, which is a good thing IMHO .. i think ill spend the afternoon there actually. this whole waiting around at home on vacation for the crystal trips is killing me.

it gets eaysier to loop in as the water goes down a little and when it's a touch lower the bottom hole's alot more retentive... but you know all that. I'm not telling you anything new. all I'm saying is that too much water washing out the waves for a while is better than not having enough water come mid-july, august, sept. (mmmm that bottom hole is nice during these months) and october. the rest of the parks have play in june and then it's all over. But like I said, I'm not telling you this as much as I'm bragging about how cool we are to have it in our back yards!

He's actually the guy that negotiates hostage situations for the swat team now. Thanks for asking, who are you? To tell you a little more, he's doing really well and I think he's as happy as ever!
