Grand Canyon Lottery

Does anyone know when the lottery takes place, and more importantly, does anyone know when the results are released?

We wanted to take this opportunity to remind you that you have until
on 5/28/2007 to apply in the noncommercial river lottery, to change
requested dates, or to add PATLs to your application. Only interested
applicants need apply. Your chances will not increase or decrease
based on
whether or not you apply. Your chances will expire if you are listed
the main applicant or PATL on an application that wins or if you
participate on any commercial or noncommercial trip through the canyon.
Applying through the lottery costs $25, paid online at the time the
application is submitted.

things come up that prevent them from going on their trips. If no

Great info, but if you're going to post a reminder make sure it's posted the day before the deadline, not the day after.
