If any of you would like to hear some good live music in between the meat of the kayak and ski/snowboard seasons, a band called Ekoostik Hookah will be playing the Gothic Theatre in Denver on Friday, Nov. 5 and will also be at the Aggie Theater in Ft. Collins on Saturday, Nov. 6.

They are a rock based jam band with influences from bluegrass, jazz, funk, and singer/songwriter genres. The guitar player is absolutely phenomenal and the vibes at the shows a great. Good times all around. They are one of my favorite bands right now.
