The WW park in Golden is awesome, but limited to mostly warmer weather paddling only (March-October). It's pretty shallow and 60 cfs might not be the type of boating most people would consider fun (you might be dragging from slide to slide). You might be able to roll in a few spots or maybe even get the boat vertical in a couple of places, but that's about it. Most likely it's frozen between some of the drops right now.
The WW park in downtown Denver is running right now around 150 cfs, low but good to go. The racers have been over there all winter running gates, and others have been over there to throw around a little bit.

Other than that: try the Gunnison WW park or go for a paddle on the Colorado near Glenwood Springs.
