Golden Play Park Repairs

I walked through the park today.

Corner pocket needs repair on the river left wall, it has washed out under the rocks causing 2 or 3 of the large lower level boulders to fall into the flow.

The Library hole has a huge chunk taken out of the river right side, looks pretty dangerous. (it has been mentioned before.)

Bingo could be tuned up to be cool again.

So what is the plan for that? Who are the powers that be that should address this stuff?
