Golden Play Park

What do you guys think the low flow cut off is for Tunnel 1 down into Golden? I noticed that GRS's website has the CFS listed for the play park.

I wouldn't bother at current flows. I'm sure you can get down, but you're much better off screwing around in the playpark.
