I'm pretty new to the sport, but had a fine time splashing around ithe lower hole at about 140 cfs. You'll feel a large rock hitting you in the ass if you get sucked deep into the hole, but it sure beats catching a diper in the face at Confluence.

The last line of paragraph F is ground breaking:

This sets a serious precident! Just one more reason to be glad that you live in Colorado!
