Gluten Free River Snacks for the Grand Canyon

Going on a 25 day (!) Grand Canyon trip and I need some GF snacks that will keep. Anyone have anything in particular that they can recommend? Think small, packable, and non-perishable. Thanks!

A company called "Crunchmaster" (sounds like an exercise machine!) makes beefy zip lock 4.5 oz bags of baked multi-seed rice crackers that are amazingly good - especially with a bit of Irish cheddar. Not sure how non-persishable the cheese is, but these crackers can be topped with almost anything. Smoked salmon maybe?

There are quite a few gluten free beers canned these days.
