Glue for outfitting

I'm looking to do a little outfitting in my boat and wondering what glue works best for both foam to foam and foam to plastic. Thanks

Weldwood Contact Cement -- slap a thin coat on both surfaces, wait 5 min, sick.

Ditto on DAP Weldwood. Get the RED can. Sand both surfaces to be glued with some Dragonskin or sandpaper and it will hold forever. Make sure the surfaces are DRY before you stick 'em.

I use H2 Glue and it works awesome. How does this compare to Weldwood (I've never used it)?

Barge is great, always buy the "flamable" version of contact cement for water exposure applications.
