Glenwood Springs Whitewater Park Public Input Meeting

There will be a public input meeting Thursday July 21st at the Glenwood Community Center 7:30 to 9:00.

The town has identified a few possible locations in West Glenwood and is seeking public support and feedback on the options. Though this location does not have the ties to downtown that would be ideal there is more water and will spread out river use on the Colorado.

Come and give your 2 cents or even better some solutions to the parking and access issues with this location.

We all recognise the potential for this location let's make it happen.

Peter

Just got back from a site walk in west Glenwood and the Business down their are psyched and interested in providing access and parking. There is a public trail along the river and everything.

So West Glenwood Springs Exit. The possible locations are around the Midland Avenue bridge or behind the commercial businesses( Quaility, Elk Moutain Motors).

Come Thursday to voice Support and concerns.
