Hey all~
I have a permit for Westwater for Saturday, Dec. 4th. The good news is that there is no permit fee after Dec. 1 so it will be free. The bad news is that it's going to be freezing. If anyone is interested in going feel free to come along. Currently there are anywhere from 3 to 6 kayakers going from Laramie and Steamboat. It's just a day trip permit. Drop me a line if you want to meet at the putin.
