FREE How to Boof Clinic

Short notice but I wanted to gauge interest for a free boof clinic at Whiteline in the Upper Narrows tomorrow, Friday the 21st after work around 5pm. The water is super low but the boof is still in and it is a great place to work on your technique. You don't even have to run the rapid, you can just paddle from the eddy to the boof and repeat.

And before any of you wankers comment on the race, yes I swam there but yes I've also run it more times than probably anyone alive and I've definitely boofed it at a higher flow than you.

Post here if you want to come. If even two or three people are in I will be up there cause I want to get wet one more time before it's gone. Class IV skills and a bomber roll are required for the clinic.

Evan,
I'd head up there with you just to get wet. You can help me with my boof and I'll help you with that pesky roll.

good question on the level and force you might be close on the number of times run but pretty sure I'm still in front on that one. You never even ran the old version.

I'd like to come as well

need to check some loose ends, but should be fine. Should I bring my playboat or a creeker?

What boat you bring only depends on what you want to practice boofing in. I was up there last night in my playboat and there is no need for a creeker.
