Flows needed to float Crystal through Carbondale?

Does anyone know what flows are needed to float the Crystal River through Carbondale? With shoshone and grizzly access jacked for the next few months, the Carbondale ramp is going to be a zoo (more so than usual). Even with the bump in flows last night, it still seems a little bony @ 350. Thanks.

Minimum to float a raft would be 600 above Avalanche. That would probably put 1000 at the CRMS bridge.
1000 or more at Avalanche is preferable.
