flow switchover? any help?

I was wondering if anyone out there knows at what CFS the Upper Colorado (pumphouse/gore canyon section) on this website (flows link) changes from low to medium medium to high etc.

Here is how the flow is broken out for both Pumphouse and Gore Canyon:

Too Low: Under 400
Low: 401-1000
Medium: 1001-2200
High: 2201-5000
Crankin: Over 5000
