All you need is WD-40 and duck tape

If it moves but it shouldn't: use the Duck tape. If it doesn't move but it should: use the WD-40.

I would also agree with Joe, however the suggestion of adding some of tampons is wise. As for sterile concerns, these are wilderness injuries all of which lack aseptic conditions and inherently call for some creativity. Thus, keep is simpleĀ… A,B,C's...
