Ferron Creek

Is there some reason why Ferron Creek wasn't in included in the new book? It's obvious that Cutch and Evan love the Swell, curious why it's not in there, just didn't get to it ?, too unreliable flow?,other problems?
Really want to spend some time boating and hiking this awesome area, even Muddy Creek is well worth doing,Black Boxes top my list, looks like the snowpack is cooperating so far.

A serious lack of information on our end (never seen it, never run it) and limited beta from our main Utah sources. But I think it looks like a sweet run and I would definitely try to hit it if you are in the area. Pray for flooding.

theres some cool petroglyph panels located in the "ferron box" section of it, we went and looked at them but the creek was flowing about 5 cfs, so i wasnt able to see much. looked kind of flat with the occasional small boulder garden, but with very little gradient. kind of reminds me of a somewhat rockier version of muddy creek

Barely ran this year

Class 3 river class 5 wood. The lower is a nice float but the upper, you wind up hiking more than boating.
The ELF made the book, and that is the gem of Utah. Cool part is if the ELF is running you also get Ferron, Joes Valley and the Boxes. Although Ferron is probably the one I'd Skip if the others were running.
