I know most of you are probably knee deep in Powder right now, but I wanted to announce that we still have a few slots open for our Last Descent of the Mekong River in Southwestern Yunnan- China March 26-April 12 2006. We are going to paddle about 100 miles (8 days) of river that will be filling up and turning into a reservoir behind the highest dam in the world in the spring of 2007. The character of the river is similar to the Grand Canyon- big water class III-IV with about three class V rapids. We will have several 18 foot self bailing rafts supporting kayakers, and we have several slots open for rafters. This trip will also have some of the most experienced river guides in the world accompanying it. It will be a trip of a lifetime. You can read more about it at
