Embudo takeout issues / non-issues

Hey Everybody,
Embudo info:
Part 1,
looks like there is a rumor going around that the Embudo (arroyo) takeout is closed. It is open. The BLM just put a fence up to keep cars out of the lower meadow. Folks can park at the gate and then just walk up to the cars when the run is over.
Part 2,
I have some land on the Embudo just downstream of the normal takeout. If you find yourself there due to word of mouth, friends, invite, or when Rolf post directions on the Web, there are a couple things to be aware of. I have neighbors on both sides, so please be discrete when changing. (please walk up to the orchard and change there). Keep the whooping and hollering down to a minimum, cause once you leave, I'm still living there. Thats about it. Be safe and see ya on the river. Atom...
PS, supposed to freeze tonight. That could cause the flows to drop. Check the gauges before you leave on a long drive. If your looking for Gary E's definition of "respectable" levels, that probably will be next weekend.
