based on the experience a couple years ago, i would estimate 150 on this run would be like 150 on foxton. when they were releasing 400-600 two years ago, that was a great level. you may have run it then, so this may be something you already know.
anyway, i think the size of the channel through the canyon is very similar dimensionally to foxton, so a similar flow to what you consider good for foxton would be my basis of judgement. i have run foxton down to 150, but 200-250 is a more friendly low end IMO. although i did not run them, i think the CL V's at the top and bottom would be very bony at 150.
i saw they are releasing through here for the past week or so, and checked the res levels. they still have a ways to go to fill 11 mile (currently 85% full), and antero is still almost empty (9% full), so it is hard to know why they are moving water around like this. hopefully they will get 11 mile full, and then release a lot this summer - this is an awesome canyon run. later.
