EddyFlower Vertical Challenge

Last month the Utah Whitewater Club hosted a little film festival, and the 2007 Vertical Challenge film won the local submission category! I was wrapping up the Film Fest stuff (we raised over $2000 for the Snake River Fund this year) and realized I forgot to congratulate EddyFlower and Brian, Paul, and the contributors for winning. What makes Brian and the Eddyflower folks even more worthy is that they donated the $100 prize straight to First Descents. Props to Brian Copanas and Paul Hemming and Eddyflower, not to mention the Vertical Challenge participants featured in the film! While the film was created by Walkaway Creative, much of the footage was supplied by the teams participating in the challenge.
While I'm at it, one more note of thanks to the Festival's donors:

Glad to hear the fundraiser went so well. It's great to see how positive and strong an impact small groups can have when they are committed to the cause!
