Eagle on River

Going to paddle boat Dowd and upper Eagle on fri could use another paddler.

Government offices will be closed Friday, so I am out of work for the day.

I would like to run the upper eagle, from Riverbend or Bob bridge to the Edwards Mile. I will be open anytime. I could take a look at Dowd, but I was actually looking for something a little more relaxing and playfull.
