Eagle flows

Any one know the flows that correspond with the 3,4,5 and 6 foot marks on the guage in Dowd Chute on the Eagle?

We won't see anything above 4' this year, but at 1050 Avon, 600 or so at the chute, the gauge reads 3'-4". Fun, but short.
