dutch oven dessert recipes

Any one have any tried and good DO dessert recipes? I get some online from time to time but sometimes the recipe is just not that good. I end up modifiying the recipe the second time. Much appreciated.

anything that can be made in an oven can be made in a dutch. My fav is one box yellow cake mix, one big can of peaches (cling in syrup). oil. preheat dutch, pour in a couple tablespoons oil. pour in cake mix and peaches, syrup and all. stir well, and put on lid. bake until fork, toothpick, river knife, inserted into center comes out clean. (15-25 min) eat.

I have a book that I bought at the Grand Mesa forest service office. Camp cooking. loaded with DO stuff. ISBN 13:978-1-58685-761-5 gibbs smith publishing. check it out
