P.S. If you plan on shooting from your boat at all, you might as well go with a Pelican case. You'll get tired of using a dry bag really fast. Even a watershed bag (you'll still nedd padding inside that bag).

PPS. If you do go with a Pelican, you can use tin cans to cut the foam to fit lenses perfectly. Just saw off the end of the can then use that to saw a hole in the foam (by twisting the can).

The peli vs bag thing depends on what kind of boat you paddle. I have a peli & it doesn't fit in my playboat (and shooting gore in my creeker sucks) so I run the watershed, been doing it this way for 4 years now & have been very happy with it. The peli is DEFINATELY a better/safer way to go, I just don't enjoy paddling a creeker just so I can fit my camera!

Good call on the tin can idea, I'm re-outfitting my peli case this summer & that's something I'll have to try.
