There have been some pretty crazy spikes and fluctuations on the Dolores and San Miguel this week. Has anybody been able to take advantage of these? They appear to genuine fluxes and not guage misreadings, if you click the link to the graph. All these sections are dam controlled, right? That would explain the sudden spikes as a result of recent precipitation.
