Does anyone boat on the Western Slope?

Hello,
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact any boaters that live on the Western Slope who are willing to boat after work during the week after work on the North Fork of the Gunnison.
If you are, or know anyone who knows anyone with a boat, waterwings, or an innertube on the Western Slope, please respond.
I'm starting to have second thoughts about this land of Republicans. It's time for anybody in the North Fork area to get out of their gardens, pool sessions, wineries, or church group for an afternoon to go play in the rivers.
Cynically yours,
Morgan W

I think CB & Durango will be hubs. Teach a friend to paddle...

yeah man

Your living in one of the nicest and most forgotten about areas in the entire state, or country for that matter. I haven't seen too many kayaks in that particular area unless they were bound for the Gunny Gorge, the Colorado or CB.
