Diamond Down

I have a permit for Diamond Creek to South Cove in May. I am curious how to keep the shuttle/permit cost cheap as possible. Any suggestions on how to manage the logistics?

well the cheapest is to have a friend do your shuttle. most friends are not so gullible, so give reo or pro a call. i am pretty sure you have to pay the tribe to use their road no matter what.

If you cannot find a friend to do it for you, call Greg at River Runners Shuttle Service. They are out of Meadview, right by South Cove, and are relatively inexpensive.

My Freinds and I did in December we had to pay $55.00 per person (7 including the shuttle drivers) and $55.00 per vehicle(2). And I think the cost to the Indians went up to $65.00 per vehicle and person. just plan on that cost on top of the shuttle fee.

Have fun
