Deflowering the Virgin/harmonic convergence

When do/will the Virgin and/ or Oak creek area realistically start running? Not looking to freeze my ass off camping too early, been there done that.Just looking to get somewhere warm enough to enjoy being outdoors, get some warm up shake off the rust type 3-4 ,hell easy 3 w/play the 1st day.Low/med. flows ok ,i kinda like mank anyway, once i get warmed up could take on a huck or short harder section in the area.Any thoughts?Anybody else interested in warm up get outta town type trip in about a month, not straight off the couch gnar or rafting permit hassle run?

I am not sure if this is the best source to determine the snowpack but it looks good for the Virgin river from this.

Colorado looks better than I thought.....

Is there a better site to get snowpack info?
