"Getting Geared Up"

Over the two weeks before the Green Race this year I did more dawn patrols than I had ever done before combined. I really grew to like it. Sometimes I was useless during the day but there is something about getting down to the river as the sun is rising that is really a cool feeling. There aren't many things that can start your day off as well.

Nice vid Shane. I especially like the closing shot of that perfect boof over the flume. It's been several years since I've gotten to hit the Narrows, but seeing it never gets dull.

Now if they will only open up a Monkey-Walkers class for the race. Yeah, I know...sounds so dull, but you KNOW there would be guys sliding down into Scream Machine with half a skirt on...
