crystal culverts?

on the lower part of the bogan canyon run, are the culverts easy enough to portage at the hi flows?

Was just up there yesterday and did not see any obvious takeout spots for the culverts. We just ran from Marble to about a 1/4 mile above first culvert. This section is alot of fun at these levels in cats. But do lookout for wood.

Did not do that section but on the drive it looked like some bridges that would be a problem.

Usually the brb bridge is unrunable above 2000 cfs. I did it at 1600 and we had to hunker down on the bottom of the boat to make it. You can check it out from the road, though.

BRB bridge- low clearance,
Hatchery Bridge - low clearance
River Valley Ranch Bridges - getting tight

whole trees were coming down the Crystal last night at 2 am, watch for big wood.

the river ate the gauge at the "Redstone above Avalanche" gauge. Don't use that gauge to determine flows for the Crystal, probably for the rest of runoff.
