Cross Creek Beta - Now on EddyFlower!

The Cross Creek season is here again! I haven't had a visual on the wood situation this year so be careful and take your time. Finally we have a place to go for beta and it doesnt get buried in pages within a week. Thanks Paul for such a cool site!

I linked the Cross Creek gauge but it didnt show up on the write up. Here it is for reference:

Thanks for the beta, Chad. That looks like a great run. Do you have any predictions on how long cross will stay in? I am looking at the second weekend in July (8-9th), but that may be too late?

I checked the colorado river basin forecase center predection:

and it looks like it may be getting down to around the 100-120cfs range by then if they are right. Is that still a runnable flow, or too low? Thanks!

I like at least an average daily flow of 140 to really make it worth it. Since it fluctuates about 70 CFS from the high point to low point over the day I would shoot for the high point to be around 200 for optimum first time. Most of the pics are at average daily flow of 160 according to my records. It has a small window so dont wait too long or you will be dissapointed cause it needs flow to cover up the mank.
