Comfortable nose plugs?

I'm having trouble finding comfortable nose plugs. The two I've tried are too tight and hurt. If I loosen them a touch, they fall off.

I don't think my nose is that funny. Any suggestions?

A big thing that I realized is that the oils your face produces keeps nose plugs from staying on well. Use something cotton to wipe your nose well before you get on the water, then try Smiley's.
