It's good to go. I ran it 4 days ago at about 500 and there was no serious wood to speak of. The tree that fell into the river below tunnel one has been partially removed so you can float by it on the right. Its in the the flat water and really obvious, so unless you've been drinking Schlitz and are seeing things, its no problem. There was wood in screaming quarter at the begining of the season but I haven't noticed anything recently, so its either been removed or has flushed through.
As far as water levels go, I run it down to about 200 cfs. No special concerns at lower flows, just more rocks. Go for the boof in elbow falls.
