I'd start in Steamboat for some playboating and lower elk action, then cross Cameron pass and camp high on the Poudre. Go for a hike up the Big South and check out the big boys playground. Then float Upper and possibly Lower Rustic. Very scenic and long run. Then mosey your way down to Upper Mish through Bridges. You can run that 4 or 5 times and not get bored. Filter Plant has some decent waves at these big flows too.

That would be a great trip.

Or head to Bueny/Ark Valley and run everything from Browns to Fractions to possibly the gorge depending on flows.... Then head towards CB or something in that area. Gunny town run... etc... By far my favorite slice of Colorado is the Southwest/San Juans area. If you go the CB route you could even head over Kebler pass an run the Roaring Fork/Aspen area stuff too.

Everything is good right now. If you're in the CO you pretty much can't go wrong.
